Dealership Schema helps automotive dealerships turn lease-offer details into structured, AI-readable schema. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, work email, login details, and dealership information.
- Lease-offer information you enter, including vehicle, payment, term, mileage, and expiration details.
- Messages and contact details you submit when asking for support or group pricing.
- Basic device, log, and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Payment and subscription information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, create and save your schema, process subscriptions, respond to inquiries, send transactional messages, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
Service providers
We use service providers including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for billing, Postmark for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting. They receive only the information needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain account and offer information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed for security, support, accounting, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. You can cancel your subscription from your account; cancellation takes effect immediately under the Terms.
