These terms govern access to and use of Dealership Schema. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Dealership Schema provides tools for entering dealership lease-offer details, generating structured lease schema, and managing dealership workspaces. You are responsible for reviewing generated output and deciding where and how it is published.

Accounts and responsibilities

Provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and ensure that anyone using your account is authorized to do so. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and publication of the lease offers and other content you submit.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

The standard plan is $49 per month per rooftop. Group and agency pricing may differ when agreed in writing. Stripe processes recurring payments and may apply its own terms. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel from your account at any time; cancellation is effective immediately, access ends immediately, and no refund is issued for the current billing period unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use it to violate law or another party's rights. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, nonpayment, or a material breach of these terms.

Ownership

Dealership Schema and its software, branding, and documentation remain our property. You retain rights to the dealership information you submit and give us permission to process it solely to operate and improve the service.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that search engines, AI systems, websites, or third-party platforms will display, interpret, or act on generated schema. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealership Schema is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from content you submit or publish. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the fees you paid us for the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
